For me he's done well in his appearances so far
his weakness is lack of pace. But definitely worth a punt.

No better than Dijksteel

You clearly misread my post. But if you want to include yourself with FMTTM moral crusaders thats ok by me.

He's been poor since coming back from injury. Carrick trying to re-invent him as an attacking midfielder probably hasnt helped either.

I thought they were half decent. A point was fair enough.

Was it a penalty? It's down the other side to me and could not see.

You forgot to mention that we're only 1 2 3 4 points off the play offs.

No. We already have a 32 year-old right-back in Tommy Smith. And with a £29m annual wage bill we don't need any more 32 year-old right-backs on the books.

they were injured.

I know they were thats the reason they went off, Greenwood pulled up when chasing a long ball from Ayling, the subs made a big difference to us & gave Sunderland a lot more time to play the ball around

Both were missed massively. I also thought Greenwood played well against Rotherham too but appears to be a bit of a Carrick whipping boy. Don't know why, because his work rate, pressing and aggressive play is 2nd to none in our current squad. And at a reputedly agreed £1.5m price tag I'd snap Leeds' hands off tomorrow.

You are starting to look on the bright side, good lad.

You know it makes sense.

Massively changed my opinion. I don't believe injury prone Dijksteel will be offered a contract extension and with the continued good form of Ayling, I'd definately try and keep him at the club for next season.
