you mean you don't want to pay tax on your house. It's high value based on nothing else but inflation. I would tax everything over £50k at 50pc. Don't give me the balony you worked hard for it, no the margin is simply inflation.


I estimate my total mortgage payments in 45 years is near £135,000. Any cash I get for the house above that is free profit. That's not taking into effect the free rent.

It doesn't matter anyway, you like me, will be giving the money to people in their 50's and 60's who don't need it.
