Why is it that shows like OFAH. Fawlty towers and others are still funny as fuck now, yet other comedies that you found funny back in the day are now embarrassingly shite.

I always have UK Gold on. Talking Pictures also shows some funny English movies late through the night. Stuff like Morons from Outer Space etc.

I even have on recorded the movies from shows like On The Buses and Rising Damp that i watch a lot.

Even thinking of getting my Love Thy Neighbour boxset out of the attic for a rewatch..........

I too like watching Gold and Talking Pictures. Just plowing my way through the Likely Lads and Early Doors sets 😀👍

I used to argue that Love Thy Neighbour was misunderstood and was ahead of its time.
Then I watched an episode on You Tube last week.
I think I can now see the problem.....
