I have thought long and hard about RR etc lately.

I am ok but i am suffering. I miss Carmen so much.

The cop thing is on my mind a bit.

But after chatting to the lads and reading what you lads say about RR i have decided to crack on with RR.

If i close RR i am only thinking of myself. I say here is a community not a forum.

The support and help you lads have given me over this last month shows what RR is all about.
I wont run away. I wont hide.
I want to "fight" whatever life throws at me.

Each day i feel a bit stronger. I know it will take time.

Thanks lads for understanding what i am going through. I know i will have bad days but at least you lads dont judge me.

I cannot say how much it has helped me understand the process better.

To know my feelings are not unusual whilst grieving has "settled" my mind on it.
