My take on Luton going up, and what could have been.

They will be back in the chumps, this time next year without doubt. They are a poor mans Wimbledon of the 80's, and playing like that won't cut it in the prem. They haven't got the muscle to spunk 150m like Forrest did, so it is the trap door for them.

What could have been. Watching the final, and it was a good game, couldn't help but feel, if we had Howson Fry Ramsey in them closing league games and beyond, we would be celebrating right now. I know we have money to spend and contacts to bring in some good loans, lets hope this master pre plan comes to fruition, and we have a serious go next season.

Gyorkes and Archer are the real deal, but the valuations are bat shit crazy. There was mention of 25 million for Akpom, which if we did get that for him it would be the deal of the century. However, after his season, I would think more toward the 15 million mark. I would prefer to keep him if it wasn't going to cause us grief moving forward with the budget.

2nd half he demolished the CH,s  pulled em everywhere ...then cov got level then stopped in ET & luton bossed et.....he is good but PL defenders are fitter &faster ,with  football brains to match

Not if we had a full fit team mate, in my opinion. That prem spot was there for the taking, we just didn't get the rub of the green at the right time. Carrick and Boro are on the right track, can't knock the effort. And It has been a fuckin long time since I said that
