I see the Tories paid more than double the amount for the Northeye site in 2023 than what the seller paid in 2022 and it is full of asbestos.  The BBC stated a report found "corners [were] cut" so the site could be acquired quickly to house asylum seekers despite an assessment deeming it "high risk"

Sounds like a good bit of business for someone.  I wonder whose mate got rich out of that one.

The OP is correct. Its ridiculous what those centrist Tory cranks wasted on trying to stem the tide of illegal immigrants since Blair & Co beckoned them to these shores in their millions.
