As of 7.45pm last night when Essex police upgraded Alison Pearsons investigation to a criminal 1 from a tweet from 12 months ago that means some "little laws" have been changed without public knowledge.

So dont even bother mentioning immigration.

I "remember" Ms Pearsons tweet.
I cannot believe its even got this far.

The telling thing?....

I will put it another way.

Sexpom was a "victim".

How can the police decide without a court case that someone who reports something automatically gets called "victim".?

You cannot legally now talk about the Southport case incase in affects the trial.

But in Ms Pearsons case their is already a "victim". Which by definition must mean there is an offender.
Sounds like Essex Police have already done the judge and jury bit.

Yes. But then they upgrade it to "crime" and then they tell you basically to fuck off right back.

When Ms Pearson went on tv then tweeted about it then i saw the tweet from Essex police saying she was being "unethical" i knew they were pissed off at her. I knew what was coming.

I was charged with roughly 5 "incitements to commit". Every 1 beaten. What did i get convicted of after nearly 3.5 years? A single count of a Section 127 offence........
