Mines done with so i can say what i want about it.

I had blatant cast iron proof of lies etc bit they just fucked me about for 3 years having "legal arguements".

Bollocks.

The legal arguements only came to light when i piped up to my brief "thought i had to be charged within 6 months or its just a summary offence?".

You think id opened Pandoras box. What? Because my wife was dying i did not have the time to fight it head on then but when she died i suddenly had all the time in the world. And thinking was all i had left then.

So my "brief" starts digging.

Yes i was correct. For a 1st offence of Section 127 you must be charged within 6 months of the offending "electrical communication" or it can only be a summary offence (on record but no charge or conviction).

10 months before this i was phoning the property store everyday. I was emailing the officers cited and the inspector and phoning them with the promise of i would get a call back.
By now im at the end of my tether.
This is now 2 years from my intial door in at 7.00am on a sunday morning, 6/7 plod running about like Linford fucking Christie on speed in my gaff grabbing phones, ipads, laptops, the kettle, the cat, next doors dog you name it they grabbed it!. I was charged with 3 counts of incitement to commit racial hatred, 5 counts of section 127 and 1 assault from a previous incident involving a drunk driver.

So i contact my local MP and the PCC to say that after 2 years since my charges were laid i deserve at least an update.

Both were sent the exact same reply by the Inspector. "There is an update. A file has been sent to the CPS.".

10 MONTHS LATER i get a letter. I was to appear at court to stand trial for 2 counts of a Section 127 offence. All other charges are dropped (including the assault).
I was never re aressted. I was never read any new charges. I was charged through the post.

4 times i ended up in court after this. That took another year.

I pleaded not guilty to 1 charge which was found in my favour but had no option but to plead guilty to the 2nd charge for whichbi was found guilty of obs!.

The magistrate said "Despite Nekky having no previous convictions of any kind, despite being unknown to police at any time, despite his previous work history and the type of work he has done, the immense damage of the word he used is unimaginable to contemplate. I will therefore be recommending a custodial sentence of 6 to 9 weeks. Mr Nekky a crown court should of dealt with this". The sentence would be more fitting.". "Get out".

18 months probation and a 300 quid fine.

1st time ive told the final case story on here.

Glad youve managed to get it resolved eventually mate. I could go into some serious detail but it's not sensible at present

No it's not.

50% of taxes go on welfare. This includes, dole, disability, child benefits and other forms of welfare (handouts) the government provides.

Why do you think less than 50% of our population works?

I know this because David Cameron sent me a tax statement for a number of years showing where the money went.

@ZiEgE many are not of employment age or pensioners. I've signed on in the past and dad had to when British steel went down. Couldn't have survived as a family without it during those times.
