If some one who's travelled on one of these NATO TRAVEL ORDERS can confirm even though it says you left on the 6th last week it doesn't mean you travelled at all on the 6th you can use it anytime in between them dates you might be telling the truth.

doesn't add up from where I am sitting. departure date is a departure date . doesn't say flexible dates on that form. unless you went through BOOKING.COM and maybe clicked the + 7 days - 7 days option
