The sentences handed out for the riots were never for "racism".

They were for "civil disorder".

"Mental health" is a viable defence for "racism".
No chance for "civil disorder".

The rioters from Hartlepool and Boro were charged with violent disorder and were given minimum of 2 year sentences, these two must've been shitting themselves having both been charged with the same offence, along with extra charges of assault and possession of an offensive weapon, so they're both sentenced for these 3 charges yet get a lesser sentence, im really struggling to see the difference and why these 2 from darlo have been dealt lenient sentences. 🤔
