Beans make sick, literally. Most places you go the sausage is cheap and nasty. Same as the bacon.

Eggs Benedict for me, or scrambled egg on sourdough with some grilled tomatoes.

The tomatoes have been cut wrong anyway.You should cut them horizontally not vertically and you remove the stork part and score the bottom.

I had tomahawk breakfast at Saltburn and it was very poor. Sausages were rank... the fat on that bacon doesn't look cooked enough.
