I don't think they'll care by the time they're a skeleton. I personally don't really understand non binary or identifying as they/them, but I'm not a cunt (at least in my opinion 😂) so I'll happily address someone with their preferred pronouns!

The internet is a disease, we see extremists from every single group all the time and people get such bad opinions and perceptions of things. If people met in real life they'd probably have much different opinions.

They're polite, kind, great to talk to, they don't call people out ever if they get their pronouns wrong by accident, I wouldn't ever refer to them as the wrong pronoun because I like them, and why would I be a dick just because I believe in something different. That's just my opinion though!

I just disagree with purposely being a cunt to people who in reality haven't done anything wrong, if it was mental illness - then I guess nobody chooses to be mentally ill.

When I was at school we just had goths etc. I feel like it's the same group of kids who now are confused about their sexuality, all part of learning who you are though I guess.

Yeah I'm on the same page there, have seen a few online creators who make content about detransitioning as adults, it's interesting, would never have been a thing when we were kids, totally unheard of.

Would be really interesting to see if there's any trends showing how many people detransition over the next 30 or so years, and how much it costs the NHS.

Not that I have any issues with people exploring their identity, but it's just changed a hell of a lot since I was young.

I do genuinely believe that in some cases if people who were confused about their gender were offered some intense therapy, they'd potentially become more comfortable in the body they were born with.
