Since this site is predominantly men, I thought it'd be good to put together some resources for men based on recent discussions.

This might be more of an OTR thing, but why not use this platform to help break the stigma around men's mental health.

Hopefully nobody will ever need to use them, but just in case someone does, or knows someone who might, I've put together the following:

I would like to give a shout out to Andysmanclub.

Know 1 or 2 people involved in it and the groups are growing week in week out.

As a former Sam i can recommend Samaritans. Email and text services now. Sometimes "active listening" works.

I'm not a RWNJ or a SFLD but I stand with Ukraine Crockett no offence.Not liking the alphabet peoples behaviour in front of kids isn't reason enough to support that pound shop Stalin.
