Would you say that he's probably one, if not, the most important person at the Boro, knowing full well our big name players will be sold & its down to him to quickly find replacements in time before one of our big players departs

You have to give players 10 games before you judge, based on that Scott is a success.

Not found many that we will lose anything on at all , credit to the lad , & i think the next big money man Will be Morris i said  pre season he looks a Robbie Mustoe & i will stand by it . He & Hackers are a made for each other pair.

There hasn't been much replacing to do then considering in the three years he's been here a grand total of one has 'fucked off to the prem'!

My point was about players who've impressed since day one - something you conveniently missed (yet again). So I'll say it again; We've had very few under Scott's tenure. You now think players should be judged after 10 games yet list Conway, Borges & Morris as being successful having played less than 10 games between them?!?!
