Any player who wants to leave should be allowed to, we've had enough mercenaries and big time Charlie's over the years. Ravanelli Emerson,Merson, yakubu, and braithwate.we've seen what happens when you make them stay they down tools. :wankers:

He can pull a sulk, the facts are Coburn has gone and with only hours to find a replacement, it's a non-starter. The club can't allow players to dictate at the end of the day. It's all hearsay at present, nobody knows 100% what is going on. What I will say is this, if the club let him and coburn go with no suitable replacements, season ticket holders would be well within their rights to ask for their coin back. I know I would if I had one.

If he goes, I wonder if we might make a move for Akpom on loan.

The rumour mill is proper churning over LL.

Another hit and run merchant.

BYE BYE.

Redsteel (Moderator)

Not going apparently, but Liverpool lad on his way for a medical.

I've just named three players who stopped playing for us, who was the one who was linked with Leicester and got himself sent off out of petulance. Yakubu took the piss in one game not even trying. You think a disinterested player who wants away is going any be good to us.? Players have the power now no matter who the club is.

Time to be bold and make a stand instead of wimping like a big bunch of shithouses then. I'd stick him with the kids for starters, see what his stance is after 2yrs being on the bench for the under 18's  :rudi:

And then make him join here so I can ban him  :supremeleader:  :ray:

I love these sort of transfers. Last year he was a headless chicken, no Akpom, 1st Division at best. We over paid £5m.

Now he is £20m, and they say Gibson doesn't have a clue

Westlane_rightwinger

At present he is far too good for us.

He's not the greatest finisher but not bad. He's quick and strong. His work ethic and number of times he wins the ball back in the final third mean he is our only stand out player.

All players are mercenary millionaires so don't blame him entirely. Ipswich would be more money but hardly the big time getting battered each week.

Bud Wiser

Apparently he's not in the 'right frame of mind' to play tomorrow.  :mick:

So lets hope the club aren't in the right frame of mind to pay his fucking wages! :winston:

I think LL's value is high now - I think he will have decent season but not as big a splash as he made at the end of last season.  If we were to sell him though it needed to be before deadline day.

Agree. We appear to have missed the boat or the Tractors were not willing to meet our expectations on price.

LL is staying and on his way to Cardiff, after talks with Carrick and staff to clear the air. All good in the boro hood again.

Bud Wiser

He's certainly now travelled down, according to the Gazette. Probably too late to be considered to start the game but at least he's there in body. Whether he's there in spirit remains to be seen.

We need to go up this season. Fuck me if Ipswich can steal our players then we're done for.

So let's start putting our opposition to the sword with attacking flair and stop pissing about knocking the ball back to defenders all the fucking time.
This 'recycling' bollocks does my head in.
Hamilton....if there is a man in front of you, get past the fucker and whip in a killer cross. Do not play safe and pass it to Clarke. Show some balls. This is Boro lad, not Man City reserves!

Is Cardiff in Russia? Get him a plane and make him pay. It can't be much more than a/an hour.

I can confirm that Cardiff is not in Russia.

It just feels like it.

Blott

More importantly is it 'a hour' or 'an hour' ?
