Heil Keith draws up  new plans to ban outdoor smoking/Vaping at pubs, football matches, outside shops any events, almost anywhere except your back garden .

I see more vapers these days than smokers if  Ze Liebor are going to fine people for a tab or vape outside the pubs for a start will be finished. Starmer will probably want you jailed for 6 months if caught lighting up twice in a week outside. Release that dangerous pervert from prison put that Vaper in his cell.

As a smoker but someone who is teetotal another few places i wont go now.

I shall have a drag on my B&H whilst i watch drunken coked up idiots smashing fuck out of people, driving vehicles whilst pissed and generally being arseholes because of alcohol.

Everybody knows an idiot drunk.
But dare to have a tab "outdoors".

What about the bagheads clogging up places like A&E? Having spent the thick end of 18 months in JCUH the number of shouty sweary arseholes fucked out of their head on smack that i have to told to wrap up when they start on nurses is sickening.
Got to know a few of the security lads (1 of them is the biggest bloke i have ever seen!!) and they say thats all they ever seem to do now is chuck bagheads out.

But light a fag up outside now and woe betide.

Uurrrgggghhhh..
Racist AND a smoker.... Kill him!!!.......

Stopping smoking in pubs/Clubs killed the trade as you know that's what they want

Incidentally tobacco is a healthy product it's what else they put in that's bad for you see most mass produced products Also see CBD oil
TEESSIDER and Proud  of the area unlike some and I'm not a Racist

BoroRedKen

I know i get pelters.

But i have seen the best people change into arseholes after half a gallon.

"The war on drugs".
A war where the addict in the streets gets criminalised but Billy Big Spuds lives in a big house in Ingelby and drives a Merc and fuck all happens to these "untouchables".

Its just easy targets.

In any shop now cigarettes are behind locked shutters in plain packaging as to not attract kids.
Have you seen the kalidescope of colours in alcohol now? Even as a non drinker some of them look lovely to me!!.

Smokers shouldn't receive treatment for ailments caused directly by smoking, taking away resources for genuinely Ill people. On the plus side the dirty stinking cunts put into my pensions by popping their clogs. :leo3:

The more shit Labour pull the better I say. What is the point in getting pissed off anymore, let them dig their own grave as it were. Even Andrew Neil is saying ,all Labour are doing is creating a populist government. Two months into their term and they already have no chance at the next GE.

all the above was implemented by the outgoing Tories. The legislation stopped for the election.

Good story though.

Implemented is probably the wrong word as this hasn't been brought into effect yet.
If it does come in, then it will have been implemented by the current government. 👍🏻

I was in the Master Cooper the other night. No kids allowed. There's benches out front. The only reason why people go out to the back walled garden is for a fag or vape. All purpose beer gardens is one thing. But surely there's no way they'd ban designated outside smoking areas.

And then if it was banned outside the cooper, the smokers would just stand on the public footway

It's a ridiculous leap into more nanny state legislation, much worse than Sunak's plans.

Good story though.
The original bill was focused on a staggered age ban, and restrictions on vapes. It didn't include a ban on beer gardens.

Tbf I'd love to see more designated areas for smokers.

So annoying in summer when you want to sit outside a pub to eat food and you get a mouthful of smoke between bites, absolutely rotten.

Ayton Mews

Yeah it should be a designated smoking area.

Not just in the general beer garden where people are trying to eat and kids are sat at the next table

RiversideRifle

This isn't new. All army camps were made smoke free about 2 year ago and it was mentioned the government were gonna do it nationwide in social establishments

TerryCochranesSocks

Yes, kids are annoying. There should be a designated area for them.

Massive difference - army camps are places of work.

So if a pub isn't a place of work, who pulls your pints there then??

I don't remember word for word but something like they will be starting with public service work places and then onto social places after. As long as there's no more bubblegum smoke hitting me I'm all for it

Westlane_rightwinger

Inspirational stuff. May take up smoking again 😇

Our family had a pub for years. The day after they stopped smoking in pubs we threw our clothes out and had new.

I still think stopping people smoking in open places is daft, I find these new water heaters known as Vapes are far more annoying.
