You dismissed Rutter's link on a DV related matter as being 9 years out of date. The family courts in the UK work of the Duluth Model that's 20 years plus out of date. DV is underfunded and much misunderstood. All the datasets are out of date, which you would know if you spent time on it. It's perceived as mainly a male problem and it is at least in part. The interesting part is in same sex couples DV levels are at least the same or higher. Highest of all among the carpet munchers. Go figure.
