Fasting is a bit of cheat code mate. I use it daily. To keep it sustainable remember to treat yourself once or twice a week. I do a lot of one meal a day stuff and it does help. Meat and protein makes up 80 percent of my daily food intake. Instead of say rice or pasta I will have 3 or 4 eggs cooked in any way you like.

I'm 100kg & 5'11", I could do with loosing at least a stone. You must be a lot taller than me surely?

I'm 6'4 mate. You could do a stone with dirt easily. I struggled whenever I went on a cut but the fasting really helps and lets you still have foods you like without having to cut down too much.
