it's a different offense, legally as different as pinching an apple as financial fraud.

The "rioters" have been jailed for affray and assault on an emergency worker amongst other charges, in the Manchester airport the charges are assault and affray,the same charges as the rioters,this is all on the bbc news website.

Same charges,17 people jailed for assault within days of the offence, 92 people jailed for affray within days of the offence, Four people in the airport incident  charged with assault and affray,four weeks later still  on bail and holding press conferences. It's difficult not to think these are  political decisions.

These incidences are different.

Unless you're a copper/ex copper who's always in court as a prosecuting witness which is part of their job any other joe blogs avoids going to court as a prosecuting witness unless they are the victim of some crime. Either Blotts been the victim of crimes every other few month or he enjoys going to court to snitch on people.


Last I heard Blott was a failed financial advisor who went bankrupt. so can't be a copper/ex copper so why's he always in courts helping to prosecute people.

No I was never a financial adviser, I was in financial risk.

My business that I failed in was nothing to do with finance.

On the same issue, one bloke I had arrested on the South Coast, he stole about £250,000. The police were already onto him, he was a paedophile. The police did not know where he was getting the cash from to run his discos. I am proud to have grassed him up. He was given 2.5 years for the theft and 5 years for his other disgusting crimes.

I was shown some of the info for legal reasons and after the end of the case I went into a very dark place for 9 months. The black cover over my head. I could not drive over bridges for some reason. I could not take my family on holiday
 


You would not have grassed on him, but grassing me and others on here is more your thing.

There is an end to this story when he was let out, after 3.5 years he went straight out and tried a motor vehicle insurance fraud. The insurers rang me and asked would I pay out in their shoes. He wasn't.
