I think whoever takes over from Southgate has a hard act to follow

Our problem is, & always has been, that we make out we're one of the top teams in world football, we're not, yes we presently have a good group of outstanding individuals, but when you look at, not only the euros, but tournaments gone by & the defeats we've suffered against so called, inferior teams, teams we struggled badly against in the euros

IMO, we are a good team within a group of good teams

I dont understand what there is to disagree on, he's been the best manager since Ramsey in my lifetime, qualifications, QF's, SF's, Finals, not won any but to improve on his record the next manager has to win something
