My mother in-law gets just short of £14k with pensions, she doesn't qualify for pension credit, so she will lose her winter fuel payment.

Why should a pensioner who is residing abroad in warm climates get the winter fuel payment. It doesn't make sense and needed changing.

I wouldn't disagree that it needed changing but not the way they did it.
No way should around 2 million Old age pensioners who according to age UK are just above the limit for Pension credits and will be severely effected by the cut.

If this is how Labour plan on treating the most vulnerable in our society I worry for the future.
