Sharing Trainline tickets

Does anyone know how you share train tickets bought on the train line app. In the Google wallet it there is no share option, but that's mental if 2 people are arriving at the station separately for example and just meeting on the train

Won't let me for some reason

Having a right fuck on with tickets today cos my season ticket hasn't updated either whereas my brother's did ages ago. We've moved seats and it's still the old one. Ticket office have said I need to email them now, it can't be done over the phone

In a right huff, all this tech stuff supposedly increasing convenience is only good when it works 🤬🤬🤬
