Only since the two flyme wankers turned up, coincidence.? :morgan:

TWO? coulbs, crocket, liddle, nosmo, erimus.. I'd be surprised if there was anyone on here who wasn't ex fmttm!!

It was like a fucking graveyard on here before I jumped on.. just a little OTR spy hole with bad dad fingering jokes on non stop repeat.

You're welcome x

The 7 bed was on for £2.5mill. Had to drop the price as no interest. Don't think they'll get much interest either until the are under £2mill.

It's different to Mogga's but has better views that will not be restricted imminently.

They are all worth whatever someone is prepared to pay. Just think Mogga's is over developed for where it is. Location, location.

Ayton Mews

It's certainly a niche market and as said above, something is only worth what someone else will pay for it at any given time.

You might get a new CEO for one of the big industries moving to the area for example. Or Boro might get promoted and suddenly we have players on £3-4m a year looking for a gaff

Carrick might fancy it!

There'll only be a handful of 8 bed homes at that price point in London.. not with the land or swimming pool. Lots of folks are working from home now and we have some fantastic schools in the area.

My mate lives in London and has four kids.. one more and I could see him considering it lol!!

Or maybe changing his name and fcuking off to Thailand!

Possibly but no one from outside the area would move to blue rinse Nunthorpe and shell out 2.4 mill. They'd  want land, views and no riff raff for that kind of layout. They'd want green belt.

Clearly you don't know any execs. Harrogate, Hutton Rudby, Yarm and Wynyard is where most of the nouveau riche, wag sheep end up. Carrick will want to be settling further north.

Horses for courses.

Oh dear. No shit ? All 4 areas are different markets but the point is that's where WAG types at our club have gravitated toward.

Take the point that getting 80 to 85% of the asking price isn't unusual. Doubt they'll get that though, we shall see.
