Thats usually because we have a habit of doing our transfer business late. This time we appear to have got a fairly settled squad together BEFORE pre-season training started. I for one can't recall the last time we did that!

Don't know who made that pass for the first goal for ELL but cracking through ball, most likely cut out if in a championship game, but its in his locker to play a pass like that

We've been overly spoilt with big John Hickton & Grant Leadbitter in regards penalty takers

Cheers Red, I like Barlasar, he gets a lot of stick but the best passer of the ball at the club, in a strong first eleven he would be an asset, IMO mind
