4/5 years in prison.. for what?

Googled.. brought the M25 to a halt for 4 days?

Could the police not just arrest them.. in less than 4 days?

4/5 years prison is far too much for sitting down with a flag or banner or something.. far too much!

This goes back to 2022 apparently! I wonder if they've been in prison all this time?

Well that's the country we voting for im afraid,
Let's face it, half a dozen blokes off here would realistically have them off the motorway in about 10 minutes,
Yes they'd have a few bumps and scratches, but think of all the money and disruption that would be saved. 👍🏻

Think of it like the Tax Man . If you cost him money you go to jail. These plebs not only put people in danger by making the emergency services lives hard they cost business a lot of money that's a big no no fucking with the economy . Wagons full of goods stuck in jams. people unable to get into work. It's OK if you're  dosser sat at home on benefits but most people get seriously pissed off with these twats. Jail sentences show how much .

The country we're voting for? It was two years ago.. how does voting have anything to do with it? FOUR DAYS! Sounds like someone called the RAC to sort it out.

Police van.. nee naw.. cuffs.. in the van.. job done. You can't have people pissing about on a motorway. The jail sentences are ridiculous tho.

Jail sentences are about right for the money lost,
Sentences in this country have always been more harsh for monetary loss, mate of mine was sentenced to 8 years after he robbed a post office, the offence was armed robbery because the daft twat used a pick axe handle to smash a hole through a security screen, on the same day he was sentenced a serving soldier was sentenced to 5 years for shooting his girlfriend.
How much did these hold ups cost? 2 Million quid?

TommyDickfingers

As much as I disagree with their actions and think they had to be made an example of, sentence length is way over the top imo.

Death by dangerous driving can result in less to try and put it in some sort of perspective.

It would be easier to stop someone from.. sitting down.. compared to a robbery or a shooting.

Shooting should be a a worse crime than sitting.

You would think it should be easier, but the police give these fuckers the same respect as someone stood there with a gun.
And shooting is a worse crime than sitting.

My opinion?

Fuck 'em.

Same crybabies that wanted the likes of me to be given a custodial sentence.

Suck it up. I have to.

The law should be about the law and not "morals".

I broke it so hard luck to me. Same goes for them.

It was not long ago lads got jail sentences for "talking" about drugs.

Lads got jail for dodgy boxes.

People lose their careers and reputations over a "word".

If we break the law, whether we agree on the cause or not, its "hard luck".

Doesn't seem like justice if the correct punishment isn't applied to the breaking of a particular law.

Hard luck? It should be a roulette wheel to decide how many years you go down for!

I wonder how many lives were lost in the back of ambulances, or the ambulances that arrived late, or the people seriously assaulted due to police not being able to get to incidents in time because of these morons.

Need an example making of them. Sick of soft sentences in this country. Judges have got this spot on.

Seems like a waste of time and money.. the prisons are already full. We gonna start letting serious criminals out to make room for the sit down hippies?
