Absolutely this. Over the last year, I've took my eye off the ball and became a right podgy cunt, and I hate it. More exercise and a cut back on terrible food is the plan, beer is magnificent, I'll never give that up.

I certainly believe a few with issues over there are teetotal, I was just referring to the regular ones that are down do mention they have hit the bottle,
Yes good they mention their issues,
But they do need to get out and meet people, sitting on a Labour Party board is going to do them no good whatsoever in the long run,
I feel for them and hope they get the genuine help they need.

I got my offer of grief counselling 8 months after Carmen passed.

Maybe Rob could set a signposting post? A list of accessible services or phone numbers etc?

Fmttm has enough members/readers to make it worthwhile imho.
