OK, I'll bite. Trump is a fucking idiot and the only people I know who support him are the likes of my 2 brothers in law (my wife is American); both workshy, feckless idiots who think they're better off under a trump administration because he appeals specifically to blue collar America with his rhetoric seemingly based on Bruce Springsteen lyrics because he is as thick as a boxing day turd and appeals to those who lack critical thought. God, guns and Trump in that order. He will create civil unrest, it's almost his primary aim such is his sociopathic narcissistic blinkered mindset

The dozens of other friends and family who work for a living and want a fairer, unified, pragmatic, progressive administration with opportunities for them and their families all can't stand Trump and will vote democrat. None are big fans of Biden, they accept they're having to vote for the least bad option, but they are all painfully aware that another Trump term will split the country, create more division, extrapolate the extremes that already exist and take the country along a path to a dictatorship in all but name

I agree - neither is Biden, Harris, Newsom etc.  The quality of candidates is absolutely terrible.
