Just announced "productive" talks with Streeting.

Just listening to some senior leader saying "we know 35% is not realistic. The gov should come in at 12% and we can work towards something".

Never political were these strikes eh?

Strikes that were going on whilst my wife was dying.

The grown ups have definitely not left the building.. even hard core dyed in the wool conservatives know this. Many Conservatives have been unhappy with how the party has changed and how it has been run. Behind the scenes since Boris Johnson it has been a complete mess and only getting progressively worse since he left.

Labour are the new tories and in many conservative camps are the acceptable face of one nation conservatism. Boris did not practice what he preached. Everything since then has been a complete car crash.

The Conservative ideology is there with Labour in full force and it will be supported in parliament for the most part by the remaining Conservative MPs.

It's not a case of red vs blue or Labour vs Tory.. the Conservative ideology has been protected.

Corbyn held traditional Labour values and pushed for more of a Scandinavian model of government.. lots of noses would have been pushed out of the trough including many Labour MPs.. they saw his downfall and the downfall of traditional Labour values.
