You don't need a football message board to speak to half a dozen lads with the same opinion and view as everyone else.. you could just have a WhatsApp group.

People don't have the same opinion,there are diverse views on here, but people don't drag a topic out.There are lots of political posts on here I think are shite, but no one's going to change their mind on a message board so I ignore them.It's a fact that some illegal immigrants have committed sexual and other crimes, it's also true most don't.Both views are valid so why prolong a post beyond that.Sometimes you have to read the room, you don't.

100% people have different opinions.

It seems sometimes that people confuse 'things they have read' as their opinions or even worse they treat it as fact.

Seeing grifters as reporters of some kind and getting taken in by their false narratives. Don't get me wrong, some people do some horrible shit.. and no one in their right mind would agree with what they have done.

There is a lot of division around.. too much in fact. This idea of 'othering' like not only do some people have different opinions.. but the idea that people with different opinions on things don't belong.. they need to move away, go away or sometimes whole peoples are scum or sub human. It's not on to tar everyone with the same brush.

I do find it interesting to hear genuine opinions and see different perspectives.

The idea that by moving to a different geographical position in the world somehow will fundamentally change someone in some way is a bizarre concept (to me at least) so to is the idea that if someone stays in a specific geologic position for a set period of time.. then that will fundamentally change them in some way.

People move around, we always have done and in doing so we influence culture and in turn are influenced by cultures and customs.

Life is pretty short and too short to get upset by people we have never met because some tic tok doyle want to stir up shit for advertising clicks.
