If so sack them off now.

Been a loyal customer for years.

Now wanting ID.

Shown DL.

Because i put "Cleveland" years ago and my DL says "Saltburn" they wont accept it! House number, street name and postcode all match.

Some other lads having the same bother when it comes to withdrawing.

Get out of them now and get somewhere else.

Lads saying the cant withdraw until they send a household bill etc!....

It's all about a program the gambling commission/Government have put in place Kenny.  Any sites with UK gambling commission licence have to join the KYC Which is know your customer. They say its to prevent fraud which it might do but it also is a spying tool. Once your details are verified with a bookie it goes into this KYC Data base . If I open 20 different bookie accounts each bookie now knows what sites I am a member of which gives them an idea if I have a gambling problem. What they do is then set you a deposit limit . If some one has 10 accounts scattered about with different bookies and they say they earn £30k a year the bookies have to act responsibly so they set low deposit limits for people with loads of accounts like £100 a month maybe. Online gambling especially has a problem too many people are going beyond what they can afford and it's too easy to do  online so this is their way to try and stop gambling problems .

The Gambling commission have fined bookies for not looking out for problem gamblers so if they want the UK gambling licence they have to do all this now.

Nothing to do with gambling licence it's to do with control digital credit when you use betting shops with cash they can't track you and check on you it's made out they are making sure it's you which is bollocks slowly but surely you are allowing them to check on you and what you are up to cash is king
