I love him as a Boro legend.
But it feels like there's a witch hunt against him at the moment. I'm not saying he's fantastic, but I can't ever remember the beeb and ITV having a go so much, almost wishing for him to fail. The tabloids used to do it all the time but never the 2 big channels.
Remember when he first took over? We over achieved when the national team was on its arse. Yeah we've got a team of brilliant players, but didn't we before with the likes of Beckham, Scholes, Gerrard, Rooney all in the same team.

Going out on a limb here.. but the best British teams are often surrounded by great foreign players.. who aren't necessarily held the highest regard in their own countries. I would say the truly elite players often do not play in England.

Don't get me wrong we've had the odd one or two with potential one stand out play who could be in with a shout and at our best midfield players that could go toe to toe with the rest.

We've got as good a chance as we've ever had. Bellingham will be a great player for us.
