I know everyone will say "He's shite - bite their hands off". But he gets slagged off unfairly a lot of the time. Always looking to play forward. A lot of his 'blunders' are when someone's given him a 50/50 ball, playing out from the back when he's got a striker breathing down his neck,. Doesn't matter if you're Dan Barlaser or Daniele Di rossi, that shouldn't happen.

Cultured midfielder.
Will regret losing him for next to nowt.
Would be a good move for him though as they have clearly scouted him.

I think Barlaser is a bit of a throwback to those times when forward progression through defence and midfield didn't have to involve 30 or 40 passes in triangles to gain 5 yards. He has the ability to pick out medium and long range diagonal balls but our style of play (almost every team's style of play these days) limits the opportunities or willingness to do this.
I'd like to see him stay another season at least.

I don't think he fits out style tbh.. he reminds me more of an Italian type of player.. one who would thrive in a slightly slower paced game.

I've slated him for being too weak but the fker is seldom injured and this makes him a useful squad player if not the Mr assists some thought we were getting.

Get rid - too inconsistent and too many mistakes for me. Maybe controversially I think the same for Finn Azaz - too slow and get caught in possession far too many times. Just my view :-)
