Constitution of the Red Roar Middlesbrough Football Club Fans Forum

Article I: Name
The name of this organization shall be the "Red Roar Middlesbrough Football Club Fans Forum" (hereinafter referred to as "Red Roar" or "the Forum").

Article II: Purpose
The purpose of Red Roar is to:

Provide a platform for Middlesbrough Football Club (MFC) fans to discuss and share opinions on the club, players, matches, and related topics.
Foster a sense of community and camaraderie among MFC supporters.
Organize events and activities that promote the support of MFC.
Serve as a liaison between fans and the club to communicate fan concerns and suggestions.

Article III: Membership

Section 1: Eligibility
Membership is open to all individuals who support Middlesbrough Football Club and agree to abide by the Forum's rules and regulations.

Section 2: Types of Membership
Regular Member: Any individual who joins the Forum and participates in discussions.
Premium Member: Any individual who contributes financially to support the Forum and receives additional benefits as determined by the Forum's leadership.

Section 3: Membership Rights
Regular Members have the right to participate in discussions, vote in elections, and attend events.
Premium Members have the same rights as Regular Members plus any additional benefits.

Section 4: Membership Responsibilities
Members are expected to:

Abide by the Forum's rules and regulations.
Treat all members with respect and courtesy.
Promote a positive image of Middlesbrough Football Club.

Article IV: Governance

Section 1: Executive Committee
The Executive Committee shall manage the affairs of the Forum and shall consist of the following officers:

President: Nekder (Kenny)
Vice President: Johnny Thunder
Secretary: erimus74
Treasurer: Ural Quntz
Events Coordinator: LIDDLE_TOWERS999

Section 2: Duties of Officers

President: Presides over meetings, represents the Forum, and oversees its activities.
Vice President: Assists the President and assumes their duties in their absence.
Secretary: Maintains records, takes meeting minutes, and handles correspondence.
Treasurer: Manages finances, maintains financial records, and reports on the Forum's financial status.
Events Coordinator: Plans and organizes events and activities for the Forum.

Section 3: Election of Officers

Officers shall be elected annually by a majority vote of the members.
Nominations for officers shall be submitted at least one month prior to the election.

Elections shall be held in June, with newly elected officers assuming their roles on June 5th.

Section 4: Removal of Officers
An officer may be removed from office by a two-thirds majority vote of the members for failure to perform duties, misconduct, or other just cause.

Article V: Meetings

Section 1: General Meetings
General meetings shall be held monthly to discuss Forum activities, club news, and other relevant topics.
The date, time, and location of general meetings shall be announced at least one week in advance.

Section 2: Executive Committee Meetings
The Executive Committee shall meet at least once a month to discuss and plan Forum activities and address any issues.

Section 3: Special Meetings
Special meetings may be called by the President or by a petition of at least ten members to address urgent matters.

Article VI: Finances
Section 1: Fiscal Year
The fiscal year of the Forum shall be from January 1st to December 31st.

Section 2: Membership Dues
Membership dues for Regular and Premium Members shall be determined annually by the Executive Committee.
Dues shall be used to cover the operational expenses of the Forum and support its activities.

Section 3: Financial Records
The Treasurer shall maintain accurate financial records and provide a financial report at each general meeting.

Article VII: Amendments
Section 1: Proposal of Amendments
Amendments to this Constitution may be proposed by any member and must be submitted in writing to the Executive Committee.

Section 2: Adoption of Amendments
Proposed amendments shall be presented at a general meeting and require a two-thirds majority vote of the members present for adoption.

Article VIII: Dissolution
In the event of the dissolution of Red Roar, any remaining assets shall be donated to a charity supporting youth football in Middlesbrough or a similar cause as decided by the members.

This Constitution was adopted on 5th June 2004, by the founding members of the Red Roar Middlesbrough Football Club Fans Forum.
