Dissecting her writing style and chord progressions and lack of harmony on seventh notes, hope she doesn't read it she'll pack it all in.They can't just say they don't like something they have to bludgeon it to death. Couldn't agree more Sir

Joking aside watch that series it's a good watch.

Whether or not you like the band it's a fine example of don't give working class musicians drugs and money, cos they'll go divvy.

He don't talk about dimished chords or hammering on, on that podcast.

Enjoy.

Let Me know what you think?

The series is a fine example of a working class band from the UK.

Whether you like their music is irrelevant, it's a good listen.

I was a bit disappointed those

"Local pioneers of music"

Shrug never got a mention though?

Smoggers51

Kiki Dee was the first female white singer from the UK to sign for Motown but the first white singer was Debbie Dean who had a minor hit with Don't Let Shop Around. This was played at a few Northern Soul All-nighters.

TMG501

That's correct Smoggers, on the very old Motown lable in 1961. On British Tamla Motown, it was Chris Clark in 67. She also recorded the famous/infamous Do I Love You (Indeed I Do)

Our figures are going through the roof. No bullshit.

If some of these Facebook only groups get representation then its time RR got it.

Nobody can deny that RR is becoming a valid fans group.

I know Nichols and co will block RR at every opportunity but we will not back down anymore. I implore Boro fans who feel their voices are not heard to get behind RR on this "quest".

I even know who i want as RR rep.

👍

And rightly so. I've said before there's a considerable number of eloquentposters on here. Equally the passion for the Boro is equal to that of posters from other forums.

The accusations against this site are completely without foundation.

The irony isn't lost. FMTTM should really concentrate at putting their own house in order before allowing scurrilous comments about here on their platform.
