 I'm originally from Redcar Rd, South Bank, and I used to tell the kids at school that I worked in that when I was 7 we got posh and moved to Grangetown (Somerset Rd).  You can imagine their reaction to that.

Lived in Normanby since I was 14 but drunk in the old Eston Royal, Miners, Brown Jug and all the pubs leading to Normanby. I then started drinking closer to home and was part of the furniture in the Cleveland Inn.  The only place I've never drunk in is the Norman Conquest. 

No doubt we will have a lot of mutual friends but I still feel I'm at a disadvantage to you, you know who I am and I'm still in the dark.

Cheers yes I thought you were Geds brother sorry for the misunderstanding. I'm another one banned from Flyme for no real reason. I got back on recently then my account was put on a go slow for saying Erimus was a good bloke. Seems they prefer the likes of Quicksilvera and Juninhoburger on there these days.

I've got the same background Norman,street houses in southbank then  whalehill. Boozed round eston/ Normanby. Not putting my relatives names up but if you're from southbank you'll definitely know them,

Kenny, I am not concerned but more intrigued by who you are (I put it down to being a nosy git) and may be we should meet up for a pint some time so I can get rid of this hitch.



Regarding comments others have made, I am old enough and ugly enough to make my own mind up on that and take people as I find them.  So far, I have been made welcome.

I will be truthful with all posters on here and if what I have put below is acceptable to everyone, I will stick around.

I will still be posting on FMTTM and also the OneBoro Forum.  I am sure many posters on here will have dual accounts and flit from one to the other, a bit like Facebook and Twitter.


I come from a mixed race family, something I am proud of and I don't tolerate racism.

I won't get caught up in he said, she said scenarios, or calling one board to the other, I'm in long trousers now and too old for that game.

I am now of an age where if I think you are a prat or talking bollox, I will tell you.

I like a laugh and love winding people up, in fact, I think I have a degree in it.

I will disappear from time to time but that will be from all boards.

I am always willing to offer support to board members and don't mind people using me as a sounding board.  I have qualifications in counselling and have come across all kinds of scenarios when counselling. 

I know there are some good lads on here that I know from FMTTM and I am sure I will soon get to know who to avoid and who to engage with - we can't all like everyone and I don't expect everyone to like me.
