It was never about legal matters it was about moral matters

the coppers might have swept it under the carpet but those who know won't

Rayner used the right to buy scheme on two properties which reduced the prices by 50 to 60 % of full market value

Her and her husband then went on to sell the properties at full market value some years later

( dunno which house her kids were living in at the time like ) neither do the coppers by sounds of it
