In my time I've interviewed hundreds of candidates for jobs ranging right up the scale to Plant Managers

I think I have developed a good intuition about people and regardless of what their CV says whether they are capable, can be trusted and if they can command the respect to lead and influence people.

Having seen this fella numerous times I dont get a good feeling on any of those counts

I used to get people like him coming in for jobs and I had special places to file their applications titled

'Would not trust in the trenches with me' and

'Complete useless wanker that will let me down and likely stab me in the back'

I can't decide which category I would put SKS into.

That is not the way to prepare young 'uns in the current climate. The gangs in London Manchester and Liverpool are not going to put the drugs, guns and cash down for a game of ping pong. Its way beyond youth clubs etc.

The fact that you can have kids now and the state will continually pick up the tab needs chasing.
