What about the potholes? Public transport? Bin collections? Etc etc?

Why are these local councillors allowed to do this? What about the views of the people who elected them? Robbed.

No politician should be able to switch party or just set up their own party without it being put to a full public democratic vote.

I just cant get my round the fact that they are elected for LOCAL politics not 1000's of miles away.

If that conflict ends and Labour win the GE will they just be allowed back into the LP?. Will they switch back to the LP come the elections?

Like Newy said it should not be allowed without another vote. But i think they do it because they know the costs of having a local election and the time it takes to arrange.
