other secret things might very well be wrong.. or.. they might just be the new 'bah bah green sheep' - something blown out of all proportion, taken out of context or intestinally misinterpreted just to create some sort of us and them scenario.

nothing that seems to be causing outrage most recent is particularly new.. in your 60s with more experience than me I'm sure you will have seen it before in some slightly different form.

What certainly is new is the desire to permanently physically alter children. Allowing a girl of the 60's and 70's to be a 'Tom boy' was seen as totally normal, if the parents had then decided that this meant that Charlotte should be called Charles and have puberty blockers to prevent her from forming properly I'm certain it would have been rightly seen as insanity.

Moving from homosexuality being illegal, through being tolerated to now seemingly being actively encouraged has taken a few decades and is by and large positive. The current proliferation of gay male couples buying babies to bring up is, for me, a step too far. The line in the sand must be the protection of the child and that for me includes not being educated about sex by drag queens, not being exposed to naked perversion at Pride marches, not having their gender changed by idiotic parents and not being used as a token of validation by gay couples.

This creeping movement towards always trying to break down the next barrier terrifies me. There are already some trying to include "minor attracted adults" aka paedophiles in the LGBTQ+ basket. This should be stamped on firmly, finally and with ferocity.

The ludicrousness of the walking on eggshells that people do to accommodate whatever the latest inclusivity thing is actually starting to impact us all in day to day life with men being asked if they might be pregnant and having to choose from a list of 70 odd possible genders on various forms. I'm afraid that I am not going along with it.  As someone rightly said earlier if an adult man wants to call himself Gloria and says that his pronouns are she/her that's just dandy for them but do not expect other people to go along with the lie.
If you were born with XY chromosomes you are a man and you always will be so stay out of female toilets and changing rooms and, if you compete in sports, compete against other men.

Reading it over again Newy & youve raised some fantastic points that when you sit down & think, below is a cracking example
Is Olly Alexander really saying or doing anything that Bowie & Bolan weren't doing much better in the 1970s.. is Sam Smith really outraging public decency? Is he doing anything that Madonna wasn't doing in the 80s?

As someone in their 60's Im looking at Olky & thinking yes its wrong, but then look at my younger self & see Bowie & Bolam dressed up wearing makeup & yes it makes me come across as, double standards & agreeing with your excellent post, but then other things I see, which I wont mention on here, is wrong, wrong & wrong again

Is that why Bob fell out with Terry and wouldn't talk to him anymore Mr Erimus . . .  cos he thought he was an Iron?

  I have actually looked at some before! Fruit of the Looms 1s! Was pleasantly surprised at the cost of 40 of them with the logo in the centre.

If i get interest i might get some made up anyways!.
