Ken, they should have been returned to French shores as soon as they were captured in English waters. We wouldn't be having this conversation at all, and we wouldn't have had millions of tax payers money pissed away. If the tories had told the ECHR to fuck off 4yrs ago, and ignored them, they would be looking at another landslide GE win.

It should be the 700,000 coming in legally as students and then staying.
