Think it'll be common knowledge that Johnny Howson will be offered & will sign a new contract
Will Ayling be vrougbt in early summer

A busy summer of potentially big signings will see the Boro on the promotion push from KO in August 😉

Great news iz this! Bizarrely, one of his strengths is his unpredictable way he plays ! From brilliance to abject failure to deliver quality crosses. Still I like the lad and I'm delighted with the news.

Well pleased with that Erimus . Tying players down early is a good bit of business. Hopefully Carrick has his eye on a few signings. UTMB !!!

I think his defensive side is vital to us & the way we play. Chuffed with the news

And whats more exciting & I keep saying that I could be niave here, but would he have committed if he wasnt assured of potential signings coming in the summer

A good player at this level no doubt, and I think it shows the good vibe at the club, for him to commit to another 3yrs. He could easily get a move to London if he wanted away, so it shows the lad likes it here, and hopefully, him committing he has maybe been told the club are going for it next season. VDB said as much during his interview.

All sounds very promising. I did say this earlier in the season that this was all about consolation
