Why has a thread about Raynor turned into slagging off the tories, if shes done wrong, I agree also, she should pay the penalty

Why bring in the present government when its about her though?

Gingerpig

a bit touchy. I am allowed my opinion, even if it is me against the rest.

I just counted the number of times you mentioned Houchen since March 1. It's 15.

I hope Ken is getting paid for the advertising

I've mentioned the Boro 1115 times, that's the beauty of the board, different subjects, whose counting, posters post something & if others see fit they'll contribute
Again, I don't get why my posting about Ben Houchen has been brought in to this thread about Raynor

I post about Ben Houchen due to what he's doing for the area, yes have your opinions on my threads when I do post by all means, but as I stated, why bring the tories into a post about Raynor

Blott

Because it's about wrong doing. I was saying I am against it if it's Labour or Tory, I don't discriminate.

Yet, IMO, Ben Houchen is doing no wrong & i'm still puzzled why he was brought into the conversation

Its like me starting a this day Boro thread & someone replying that tomorrow they want to go to the library to order a certain book 🤔

Anyway I'll leave it there Blotty 👍

Houchen says the involvement of the two developers has been vital for the success of the government's most prominent "levelling up" project, transferring risk, including clean-up costs, to the private sector. An investment by a South Korea wind farm manufacturer is just one sign of progress, he claims.

However, while companies controlled by Corney and Musgrave have earned at least £45mn in dividends from the project in the past three years, there is no evidence they have invested in it to date. Seven people formerly closely connected to the project have also told the Financial Times of concerns relating to governance and accountability

How many green bins is that? It's good to have mates.

You and I are a million miles apart on what we think is right and wrong.

All we want is consistency;

In 2022, the Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) which is chaired by Mayor Ben Houchen spent £1.7 million on installing the disastrous cycle lane. This was then approved by Andy Preston (previous mayor of Middlesbrough). They created it, they should fund its removal," he wrote.

Last week, Houchen said "businesses and jobs are at risk because of the Linthorpe Road cycle lane" and suggested "others have promised and failed" to get it removed. "I'm stepping in to get this sorted, so if I'm re-elected on May 2nd, I'll do what it takes to get the cycle lane removed,"

Whataboutery in full flow here 👍

Blott

More of our tax money well spent.

The taxpayer-funded Teesside regeneration body chaired by Lord Ben Houchen faces a potential legal bill of more than £4mn after losing an action in London's High Court against Britain's fifth biggest port.

It's an utter disgrace that no-one cares how much money is wasted. And people witter on about the £40 a year I pay together a bin cleaned

What for? Just chill out. You must the know the way it works on here.

You refused to report an issue because "you dont run to the boss" but you will quit and run away when the "heat" is on?

You are not innocent Blotts lets be fair. You told me yourself you could "handle it".

We dont delete accounts Blotts. We all get fed up sometimes. A lot of us have flounced from other places before no doubt.

FWIW Blotts there is no issue with you from RR. Its an unspoken rule on here that tomorrow is another day. I keep telling you to give as good back (which you have sometimes). Your "enemies" are big boys. They can take it.

Personally i hope you stay. I have no issues with you personally. But you will make the right decision for yourself. You are welcome to post whenever you want to. Thats why we dont delete accounts.
Have another think fella.
