So....according to councillor gobshite  a 250 mm bin  pivot lifting centre on  blue/ green bins  requires 2 different types of lifter  when they are EXACTLY  the same dimensions .......only their new 1.1 M  replacement bins  for the black ones have had to be made to 250 mm ctrs  is the real truth
