If it was not for the support i receive on here and the help of lads like Lids, Johnny, Rich, Steely, Dog, Erimus and my fairy godfather (you know who you are!) in my "offline" life i would have been left to stew and boil.

Yes im lucky to have mates that can "handle" me and understand me when i have off days. The "help" is out there but you just cant get it. Nearly 2 years to see a therapist etc.
