3)   Replace Fry/McGree/Forss - Sell McGree, he has that "spoilt kid" vibe, Dael and Forrs are ok support players
4)   Michael Carrick offered 3-year deal - 100%
5)   Do we all love Steve Gibson, only kidding, I know we all do - 100%

Agree with Tel save for Greenwood where I remain on the fence. His dead ball is an asset but his general play can be hit and miss. Needs to sort the yellow cards but I'd rather have him than Riley "I'm a WC superstar, tosspot" even though he is not as gifted.
