Hes done excellent since coming back from a long term injury

"Matt Clarke has been nominated for PFA Championship Fans' Player of the Month for March.
The defender was an ever-present in the month for Michael Carrick's side as they picked up three wins and two draws.

Clarke, who himself returned from a long-term lay-off earlier in the campaign, ended the month as Boro's only fit senior centre-half, nevertheless forming a successful partnership with skipper Jonny Howson in the backline.

Also up for the award are Ethan Ampadu of Leeds United, Haji Wright from Coventry City, Josh Sargent from Norwich City, Leif Davis of Ipswich Town, and West Bromwich Albion's Mikey Johnston."
