Thinks this new law that if you are 15 years old from April you will NEVER legally be allowed to buy tobacco products is frankly stupid?

Your cousin might be 16 in April but he/she will be able to buy them LEGALLY!

Fast forward 30 years. To the 45yr old who has just finished a cunt of shift at work and fancies a tab on his way home.
The shopkeeper "cards" him!
But his cousin, at 46 yr old is sound!

What a waste of time, effort and money.
Who or what will police this? Shopkeepers in Pally Park aint going to card people to prove they are over 45!!!!

That 15 year old in April only has to wait 3 years then he can go and buy a souped up Scooby, drink 10 pints and kill himself and innocent people on the roads......

If im right Easty New Zealand brought it in then abolished it almost straight away.

Who actually comes up with these "ideas"?.

This is not a dig at smoking also.
Im just baffled at the logistics of making something like that work.
