Scored his 26th of the season to date & his 4th Boro career hat trick, his 3rd treble of the season, when the mighty Boro beat Sheff Weds 5-2 at Ayresome Park in a 1st divison fixture, this was the clubs 17th hat trick as a league club, 11 recorded at Ayresome Park

This season we finished 3rd in divison one on 43 points, one point behind Villa, who we done the double over that season, were 2nd & with us 8 points behind champions Blackburn Rovers
