Foubd it on Facebook, good listen to, with Kieran Scott as guest to answer questions from the 3 lads on there, one thing that I thought was class was from VDB, classic

VDB was recommended to the Boro with the agent only telling Boro from our keagues, the rest of the interested clubs were abroad
After speaking to 15 other clubs once he met Carrick & another person he was so blown away with our football club that the following day he agreed to sign for us but, before he did he, himself, phoned everyone of those interested clubs chairman, Juventus, Ajax, Bayern, Dortmund etc & thanked them for their interest, told them he was signing for Middlesbrough & the reasons why, all this at 19 years of age, what a person, our next big sale, plus he said Hayden wants to stay here
