ignore them, it's easy. As for the knee it takes 5 seconds, it doesn't matter. There is loads of stuff that annoy me, the honours system for one, but it is what it is.

Like the TV adverts with almost entirely mixed race couples.
Like the removal of Christian holidays from calendars.
Like the willingness of the police to accept Palestine flags but prevent the Union flag being shown.
Like "defender of the faith" being changed to "defender of faiths" in the King's coronation.
Like critical race theory.
Like reparations.
Like quotas for job appointments.
